Dwayne is currently the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is the Director of Pastoral Care. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne has a passion for equipping the new generation of Biblical counselors. He is part of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles on the internet and has been a co-author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's unchangeable truth. Kelleman, Viars).
