Sara Ramirez
Sara Ramirez was born in Mexico. She's an American-Mexican actress. Also, she sings. Her mother raised her in the USA, where she faced several racial stereotypes, which left her feeling like someone who was not wanted. In her 9th grade when she began to gain confidence following her acclaim in an audition. This not only increased her confidence but altered the direction of her professional career. In 1992, she received her master's degree from the city's Julliard School. When she was 23, her first Broadway appearance in Paul Simon's The Capeman, and her film debut You've Got Mail were both major breaks. However her greatest breakthrough came when she appeared in the character in the role of The Lady of The Lake in the original Broadway show Spamalot receiving not just her the Tony Award for her performance but also great critical acclaim. Following that she was cast in the role of the character Dr. Callie Torres in ABC's Grey's Anatomy. This led to her becoming more famous. In addition to being an acclaimed singer she has released two solo albums and an extended piece. In addition, she has spoken out in support of LGBT concerns.
